Made from 100% estate-grown, organic Espadín agave, this joven (unaged) mezcal is distilled in small copper pot stills by fifth-generation maestro mezcalero Alberto Morales in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. Bold and expressive, Wahaka Espadín delivers a beautifully balanced profile that highlights the agave’s natural character. Aromas of freshly cut herbs, citrus zest, and a delicate smokiness lead into a clean, vibrant palate of roasted agave, green pepper, lime peel, and mineral-rich earth.
