New Riff Rye Whiskey is a bold American straight rye from Kentucky, built on a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted rye, aged at least four years in new charred American oak barrels. Unfiltered and bottled in‑bond at 100 proof (50% ABV), it delivers a richly layered experience: aromas of mint, black pepper, and vanilla, evolving into palate notes of cinnamon spice, sweet toffee and toasted oak, with a lingering finish of rye‑driven spice, buttercream and brown sugar.
