Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon is an award-winning, 80-proof Texas straight bourbon whiskey infused with Burleson’s Texas Wildflower Honey. This unique expression offers a smooth, light profile with a sweet honey finish, making it perfect for sipping on warm summer evenings. Master Distiller Donnis Todd transformed used bourbon barrels into small wooden cubes, which were immersed in honey for seven months. These honey-soaked cubes were then placed in a stainless-steel tank, allowing the bourbon to absorb the rich honey flavors daily .
